The January 31st webinar highlighted findings from our report: Analysis of the First Ten 100% Laws.
This report utilizes IEJ’s Justice in 100 Scorecard framework to evaluate the first ten 100% laws across five energy justice indicators. It also uncovers two specific energy justice issues that require greater attention and advocacy moving forward—the definition of renewable energy and the definition of marginalized communities. We hope this analysis can inform advocates as they strategize how best to allocate their time and resources to fight for energy justice and provide guidance on successfully utilizing the Scorecard in their work.
